When purchasing the service, they upload it timely so not to miss anything. Wish they provided a bit more detail about the various plans available as might upgrade if understood what additional channels would be included.

Disappointed
I admit I’m technically challenged but connecting has been beyond my ability. Needless to say, it’s still not hooked up and will most likely remain that way. Big bummer. Back to my $270/month cable bill.
